There are two most popular versions of the online Bingo games – 75 Ball Bingo and 90 Ball Bingo. In the 75 Ball Bingo game, the highest number on your card is 75. Similarly in 90 Ball Bingo, 90 is the maximum number that appears on the cards.

In the 75 Ball Bingo, the card, which is divided into multiple grids contains numbers up to 75. The printed numbers on the card correspond to the following arrangement: 1 to 15 in the B column; 16 to 30 in the I column; 31 to 45 in the N column; 46 to 60 in the G column and 61 to 75 in the O column.

There are about 5.52*1026  unique arrangements possible in the Bingo cards game. The most numbers one can cover on a Bingo board without having a Bingo is 19. In order for this to happen, only one empty cell can reside in each row and each column, and at least one empty cell must be in each diagonal. To achieve this sort of an arrangement, the Bingo cards have one free space in them.

This free bingo space can be considered a joker or a wild square and is generally marked "Free Space" or "Free". Using that free space strategically can help you win a Bingo game. Imagine, if you're playing a diagonal pattern in a Bingo game, all you have to do is cover 4 more squares!
